[evlatests] Bad SPW

Rick, what is / are the project codes and dates - so we can track this 
through

the various diagnostic records. this kind of thing: (random example here)

  23A-043.sb44226372.eb44246734.60123.12411150463


there are some small broken things in WIDAR and CBE, details later. Fixes on

monday or next week anyway.
