[evlatests] VLA RFI sweep 10/2021

The spectra of the October 14, 2021, RFI sweep are now posed online at

https://science.nrao.edu/facilities/vla/observing/RFI/Oct-2021-B-configuration/Oct-2021-B-configuration

For each receiver band there are also subband based plots (PDF files) 
linked from their respective pages to give a more zoomed-in view.

At least one interesting new RFI signal can be seen at C-band between 
6.9 and 7 GHz (see attached). Any idea what this may be?
