[evlatests] New (?) RFI in Ka-band

Probably not.
ea25 has very strong detection with antennas 18 28 and 2, but none at
all with 12 and 16 -- which are close to the same distance from 25.
Also -- the strength of the birdie varies with time -- I had three short
scans (over 2 hours), and the birdie was different in each.
