    The switched power from ea28 at L-band has long been a major 
problem.  It was both unstable, and had very high dispersion -- the 
scatter in the measurements were typically as large as the mean. 
    ea28 has recently returned to the array following maintenance.    I 
used the data Ken took (reported on in the earlier note) to see whether 
the maintenance effort has repaired the switched power. 
   
    It has!  The switched power data are now crisp and strong.   All 
values (PSum, PDif, Tsys) all look normal and stable.
