[evlatests] EVLA coordination meeting on Mon, Nov 17

Recognizing that some of us will want to attend Steve Aragon's
funeral on Monday, November 17, at 10am, we will start the EVLA
coordination meeting early, immediately after Peggy's Socorro
coordination meeting. I estimate that the EVLA coordination meeting
will begin at about 9:10am in AOC 317.

The meeting will proceed in its usual fashion. Those who want to
attend Steve's funeral may leave the meeting when they like. Others
are welcome to attend the coordination meeting through its completion.

We will resume the usual meeting time on the following Monday.
