If nobody objects, I would like to change the packet name to:

ca.nrc.widar.jaxb.vci<br>

This is not a necessary change, just an attempt to align packet names

so that all JAXB generated "stuff" starts with <br>

ca.nrc.widar.jaxb.*<br>
