I put a link to a test program for the SSS software model of the EVLA
antenna electronics on my public web page, <a
href="http://www.aoc.nrao.edu/%7Edharland/">http://www.aoc.nrao.edu/~dharland/</a>.
If interested, use the link "Test EVLA Antenna Electronics", but read
the req'ts right under the link first. Anyone who knows how the
electronics will work when completed is welcome to help me test this
software. If you bring up the program, take a look at the "About" and
"Output" entries in the Help menu (top right of screen) before diving
in.<br>
<br>
Right now the software calculates output signals based on user-set LOs
and switch-positions. Once i feel comfortable w/ how well that code
works, i'll put in code that will auto-tune the electronics based on
desired output signals. It is this latter approach that will be used
in the Obsprep Tool in the long run (though we will have something that
looks similar to the test gui for expert users).<br>
<br>
When you find a mistake (and it's inevitable!), it would be helpful if
you sent me a screen-shot of the configuration and a list of what the
output signals should have been.<br>
<br>
Thank you,<br>
David<br>

some of you have already seen.</i><br>
