I just heard there will be another VLBI workshop held in the week of Nov.7 in China. There will be also an annual meeting in the first week of Nov. Can we move our workshop to the week of Nov. 14 or later? Based on these responses, we have narrowed it down to the two options in November. There is probably a marginal weighted preference for November 7-11, however this does fall at the same time as the SKA science meeting in Goa, India. I could imagine that some people may wish to attend the SKA science meeting as well as the DiFX workshop. If you are likely to attend the SKA science meeting and would prefer not to have the DiFX workshop on the same week, please let me know. The baseline plan would be to hold the meeting in downtown Shanghai (where there observatory headquarters are), which is most convenient for transportation and accommodation. We could arrange a visit to suburban campus co-located with the Tianman and Sheshan 65m and 25m telescopes on one day. </div><div style="font-size: 12.8px;"><p style="font-size: 12.8px;">A visa is required for most visitors to China. Due to some public holidays and other meetings, the earlier part of this date range is not so convenient.
