[Difx-users] FITS Card format? {External}

This violation of the standards was inherited from the old VLBA hardware 
correlator days.  I would consider this an erratum of the correlator 
output format but would hope that a FITS reader would make reasonable 
assumptions when encountering this sort of issue.
