Hi all

I want to make some minor changes to  “stripVDIF”, which is part of difxio library.

As part of this I would like to change the command line parsing from simple options to use “getopt” (to allow me to add a new option).

If anyone regularly uses stripVDIF, do they care?  I don’t want to break anyones pipelines
