Hi Chris,

There is a temporary DNS outage at USNO. It should be resolved soon.

In the meantime (and any other time for that matter), USNO EOP products can be obtained from the backup server at http://toshi.nofs.navy.mil and/or ftp://toshi.nofs.navy.mil.
