[Difx-users] usno500_finals.erp file

The GSFC VLBI group's public machine suffered a disk
crash several days ago, so the EOP file is not available
from https://vlbi.gsfc.nasa.gov/apriori/. We are working
to get the web site moved to a virtual machine, hopefully
by this Friday. In the meantime, the latest EOP file is
attached.
