<div>Dear Eric,</div><div>Thanks a lot for the fixes!</div><div>With the updated version of EDITA, I get the following results.</div><div>I am testing it on the scan extending from 10:53:17 to 10:54:29.</div><div>According to the TY table, BR Tsys within this time range and the closest ones before and after it are:</div><div>10:52:56.5, 10:53:43.5, 10:54:13.0, 10:55:38.0</div><div>I ran EDITA with the following parameters:</div><div><br></div><div>default edita; getn 2;</div><div>extime 1; anten 0; timer=scantime(48);</div><div> inext 'ty'; inver 1; flagver 1; outfgver=maxtab('fg')+1;</div><div>dotwo -1; reason 'Bad Tsys'; go</div><div><br></div><div>I flagged all Tsys points for BR IF 1 for this scan (at 10:53:43.5 and 10:54:13.0). The resulting FG table intervals are:</div><div>10:53:35.2-10:53:58.2</div><div>10:53:58.2-10:54:13.3</div><div>You see that the border between these intervals is exactly between two corresponding Tsys measurements, as desired. However, the beginning of the first interval and the end of the second are neither the half-ways to the corresponding previous and next Tsys, nor the beginning and the end of the scan.</div><div><br></div><div>Then I ran EDITA on the whole experiment time range and flagged the same Tsys points. This resulted in the following FG intervals:</div><div>10:53:20.0-10:53:58.2</div><div>10:53:58.2-10:54:55.5</div><div>These intervals, finally, are those I desired - they cover the period around bad Tsys points and extend from the half-distance to the previous Tsys of this antenna to the half-distance to the next.</div><div><br></div><div>As EDITA is normally called for the whole experiment, it will now work in most cases as we asked - many thanks for that!
