Eric,<div> Thank you for the input/hints. Upon further investigation I found that the *.fits dataset does not have temperature (TY), or weather (WX) for the non-vlba Effelsberg antenna. There is a gain curve. When applying the bandpass with VLBAAMP it flagged Effelsberg. I did not see a supplementary text file to load in Tsys info with ANTAB as suggested in the AIPS Cookbook (section C.10.1).
