I suspect that setting dofit to 1 ahead of VLBARUN will use that DOFIT value in APCAL. You can check this after VLBARUN finishes by doing a TGET APCAL; PRINT DOFIT. Note that the VLBATECR procedure has changed significantly since your version. It computes the dispersive delay correction.
