To execute vlbarun (or any procedure) you type the procedure name (vlbarun in this case) without the RUN. “RUN xxx” cause a text file xxx to be read and compiled. Once compiled you do not need to compile it again. The default values for many of the adverbs to vlbarun are probably fine for you.
