<div>Ahah! Yep, that would do it. I'll have to investigate to see how we ended up with an FFT size of 1 in the CQ table, since that sure isn't correct, but as I mentioned there is a merging step that turns 4x1.185 MHz overlapping IFs into a single 1x4 MHz IF, and that is then followed by the use of MORIF to get to the final 1x336 MHz IF. So doubtless it is one of those two. But I think that this has also highlighted a probable issue with the fractional sample correction of this data, which is complex double sideband sampled - I suspect the fractional sample correction in the correlator has an issue, resulting in those residual phase gradients across the 1 MHz original channels. So hopefully this leads to a further bugfix that may have otherwise lurked indefinitely.</div>
