I have an older version of AIPS installed on my laptop (31DED20) and run the midnight job regularly with the do_daily.sh script. Does this procedure ensure that I always have the latest version of AIPS tasks and procedures on my machine or do I need to install always the latest version, e.g. currently <span style="caret-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">31DEC23 and in the future every new version that comes out at the beginning of each year?
