<div>Thank you! It looks like the data doesn’t have the autocorrelation data (running PRTUV on the raw data files before doing any editing). Our observing campaign had been to observe a pulsar, then phase-cal, and also an in-beam calibrator. Normally
both our continuum pulsar data file, along with our in-beam data file, have the phase-cal observations as well, but this isn’t true for bk235a1 and bk235a2. So it looks like the in-beam calibrator files are missing the phase calibrators, and also missing the
autocorrelation data. Since the data have already been through the correlation, I’m assuming it’s too late to fix this! </div>

<div>So, a new question related to how to fix this. I know I can apply calibration from one file to another using TACOP, and I can run FRING on the phase calibrators in the pulsar data file, but I’m not sure how to run CLCAL when my calibrator source
is one file, and the source of interest in another. Do you happen to have any insight here?</div>
