I am in Socorro, NM and will be happy to assist remotely.  The process<br>
is really pretty simple for a binary installation.  By the way, we now<br>
fully support Intel and ARM versions of Macs.  The installation <br>
instructions<br>
were written originally by Pat Murphy who is in Charlottesville.  He has<br>
not worked on AIPS for some time although he does lurk on our daip<br>
account.  He might be able to help you even on short notice.  I am<br>
CC'ing him.<br>
