First I have to apologize that the chip that I have is M1Max not M3. I would be one of the lucky ones who benefit from the new architecture that you build on your side. Since you would finish the MACARM port (for M1 chip?), I might wait a bit more to get the one that suits best for this machine for fresh start. </div><div> Or if I install MACINT architecture first, can I migrate to MACARM next on the same machine? Once MACARM architecture becomes available, do I uninstall MACINT AIPS and re-install new AIPS? What would happen to the data? I guess we can recognize the same data as long as we set the data area in a consistent manner. Would it be the case? </div><div> It will be very helpful if you can let us know on AIPS web site once the MACARM architecture becomes available. </div><div>Thank you very much again.
