<div>You are right, the plots are for the CASA SIGMA column, which is 1/sqrt(weight). I have traced the issue to the lack of proper Tsys information for three of the included stations. With your additional information I will go over all the steps in detail again. It looks like the weights are calculated correct, but due to the lacking Tsys the gain amplitude is wrong, and causing the discrepancy. A simple scaling may fix this, as the visibility data look fine for the affected stations. Is there an easy way to scale amplitude gains in AIPS?</div>
