Sorry for getting back a week later; I don't have much experience calibrating data in AIPS outside of using the VLBAUTIL tasks so I've had to test a whole bunch of things out.</div><div><br></div><div>To answer your question, we have about 5 minutes between scans of the same calibrator.</div><div><br></div><div>I've been able to do everything up through CLCOR just fine; I've checked with IMDIST to make sure that CLCOR has applied the positional changes correctly. Once I run ATMCA, I can see that there are changes to the phase of the target from the CL table prior to running ATMCA and the one output by it. However, once I apply the calibration and image the target, the image looks no different than if I did not apply any calibration to the dataset. </div><div>My guess is I'm doing something wrong with the final run of CALIB or ATMCA. I've attached a file containing the tasks I'm using and their parameters after I've run CLCAL.
