<div>Hi Amy,</div><div><br></div><div>I had actually tried running CLCAL as you suggested before but the interpolated phase solutions on the science target were noticeably worse. I've attached some images to show this: 1phase_clcal.png show the interpolated solutions for the science target using just 1 phase calibrator; 2phase_clcal.png show the interpolated solutions using both. I have been using interpolation method 'simp'. Is it recommended I use a different one?</div><div><br></div><div>We've been using two phase calibrators in the hope that they will provide better spatial localization of any detected sources. However, I don't see any improvement in localization when I image the data calibrated with both phase calibrators.</div><div><br></div><div>Our phase calibrators are 2.8 and 0.7 degrees from our science target, and the data are at a central frequency of about 5.4 GHz. </div><div><br></div><div>I've attached an image of the phase solutions for both calibrators after running FRING (phase_diff.png). While there are differences, they don't seem particularly jumpy except for at SC.</div><div><br></div><div>Also, sorry if this sent twice.
