<div>Hello,</div><div><br></div><div>I have a dataset with a science target that has two phase calibrators meant to be used for astrometry. I found AIPS Memo 111 which describes the calibration process using ATMCA for exactly these types of experiments. Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time realizing this in practice.</div><div><br></div><div>Following the memo, which I've attached to this ticket, it's simple enough to fringe fit the first phase calibrator and apply those solutions using CLCAL. I then use SPLIT to create a catalog entry for just the two phase calibrators I'm using.</div><div><br></div><div>After splitting the data, I self-calibrate the first phase calibrator. At this point I'm ready to move onto section 4.2 of the memo. The memo states that the second phase calibrator should be calibrated with the solutions found after self-calibrating the first calibrator. I'm not sure how to go about this since I've split the data into two different catalog entries. </div><div><br></div><div>My question for now is: how do I apply a solution table from one catalog entry to another catalog entry?</div><div><br></div><div>I'm still working all this through so I may have more questions to come.</div><div><br></div><div>Thank you,</div><div>Greg</div>
