The upper one shows the original antenna locations provided but the lower one is what is saved in the antenna table. Only X location seems to be changed. I'm not sure if there is a way to prevent this.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>2. I want to create a fake uv file and extract a corresponding "model visibilities" of a sample image using this fake file. I ran UVCON as explained above and ran UVSUB to extract the corresponding model visibilities. However, I found that the output UVSUB file is completely wrong. The amplitudes are very different from the input models and the phases are completely scrambled. I think this may be this is related to the above issue. The uvfits file generated by UVCON seems to be different from observed data in many aspects. The antenna file is one example as explained above. The data header seems to be also quite different. Also, it has Stokes RR only.
