<p>They did not set you up properly.  I have made the control files for TARIM.  You will need to set up a file called .dadves.always (not the period before dadevs).  It has the format for you as follows:+ /lustre/aoc/users/egreisen/AIPS/LUSTRE_1<br />- /DATA/PRIMATE_1</p>
<p>+ /lustre/aoc/users/canderso/AIPS/LUSTRE_1<br />- /home/tarim/AIPS/DA01</p>
<p>Note:  There are2 spaces between the + and / and between the - and /.</p>
<p>You will need to cd to /lustre/aoc/users/canderso and then</p>
<p>mkdir  AIPS    AIPS/LUSTRE_1</p>
<p>touch /AIPS/LUSTRE_1/SPACE</p>

<p>Then aips should work for you.</p>
