There is an integer number. I wonder how I corrupted this data
when I did a UVFITS.

My last question.

Just something related to this. I copied an SN file from the
original data set to the one that was self-calibrated and then I
used edita.
is this okay?

I have changed UVLOD and FITLD in 31DEC20 to be more forgiving on
error reading the file. A MNJ tomorrow on 31DEC20 will update
your version. Note that a FITS file written by FITTP puts the UV
data ahead of the tables (and the FITS standard means that I can't
change that). So the tables which are essential to understand the
data are likely to be the things lost by a premature end of file.
FITS files written by FITAB however have the small tables written
first, so it would be the UV data that might be truncated. UVLOD
and FITLD will now handle that case well.
Good luck
