I have run SNPLT on the Cl and TY tables as you suggested.
The data for Hancock seemed fine and matched that from the
rest of the antennas. However, there was no weather data on
Hancock at all for the duration of the observation. I have
checked the weather data as well on NRAO database for that
observation in Hancock and it is also not showing any data. I
assume that was the reason the data was flagged when running
VLBAAMP. Is it possible to still use the data from Hancock by
generating weather data (Tsys) or creating a new TY table? If
so, please let me know how to do proceed

In VLBAAMP if you set DOFIT=-1 then the weather data is not used
in APCAL which is probably the source of your problem. At 4 GHz
you should probably be okay without an opacity correction.
