<p>There is a tricky question in the install procedure and you</p>
<p>missed the trick.  It thinks all your machines are named LOCALHOST</p>
<p>so it cannot find the machine specific files under the real names.</p>
<p>In $AIPS_ROOT, edit the files LOGIN.SH and LOGIN.CSH.  Change</p>
<p>Change the LAPTOP line from YES to NO.  Things then should work.</p>
