<p>ACSCL is meant to correct for minor changes due to the use of the bandpass table.</p>
<p>This issue suggests that the BP table needs to be examined - use POSSM to</p>
<p>look at it.  Were the POSSM plots you produced done with DOBAND 1?</p>
<p>31DEC16 is quite old - 31DEC18 is now the official "obsolete" version.</p>
