I have having an issue with TYSMO. I have some bad points (multiple
megaK) in the TY table that correspond to bad points in the data.
These points are causing issues with APCAL - at least with the plots -
the fit results look reasonable. I have flagged the bad data (UVFLG)
and am using TYSMO to flag the bad TY points based on those flags. It
is working nearly all of the time. But there is one time, with
roughly 1000K points, that is resisting all efforts. It should be
flagged based on the time range of the flags in the FG table. And it
should be flagged based on the 400K cutoff levels given to TYSMO. But
it is still there.

I have created tasav file and stripped out the SN, CL, and some other
tables which are large and not involved in this. I made a fits file
BG250B1_43.TEST (3.7 MB) which is attached. I tested TYSMO on this
file, after deleting TY 2, and still have the problem, which is a
point just after 1,1,0,0 at PT (ant 9). The TY 2 in the attached
file is the TYSMO output.

I am running 31DEC19 but I have not run the midnight job since early
July (latest LOAD module June 28). I'm a bit scared to do it now
after your message about 64 bit and compilers etc. I don't want to
end up spending a lot of time debugging such things. I on Mac OS
10.11.6 on a 2009 Mac Pro (that's the most recent OS for that hardware).

Here are the TYSMO inputs.

- that cut-and-paste sure made a mess of the formatting!

Let me know if the file is not attached. I'm not quite sure what this help tool is doing.

Cheers,

Craig
