The GSFC web site that is supposed to serve this file has been off line <br />for months.  NRAO gets the file through a back channel so that we<br />can run our correlators correctly.  The file is available from<br />"ftp://ftp.lbo.us/pub/staff/wbrisken/EOP" and VLBAEOPS can be run<br />with a local copy of the file<br /><br />Eric Greisen
