Did you do fix_aips_elcap.sh ??  That makes links from a system area<br />to the run-time libraries that we provide?  It became necessary with<br />El Capitan but remains necessary for all later OS versions - library<br />path is no longer allowed.  That is the libsvml message.<br /><br />Eric Greisen<br />
