Hi,<br /><br />I'm trying to flag the bottom and upper channels of my data using uvflg, before running the vlba pipeline vlbarun to calibrate the data.  What I tried was using splat to apply the flags before running the pipeline, but the calibration didn't seem to go well.  These are the splat parameters I used:<br /><br />default 'splat'<br />getn 2<br />docalib 1<br />flagver 0<br />doband 1<br />douvcomp -1<br />outname '/Users/peter/AIP/test_with_rolloff.fits<br />outclass 'splat1'<br />go splat<br /><br />The result was the amplitude and bandpass calibration after the pipeline was completely wrong.  <br />Is there a better way to go about doing this, or what am I doing wrong?<br /><br />Best,<br />Peter
