I loaded your idifits file on mt Linux box and<br />ran USUBA in both the optimized and <br />un-optimized LNX64 versions of USUBA and<br />also the LINUX (32-bit) optimized version.<br />All of them worked quickly and produced<br />a file with 2 subarrays and 287 scans.  I do<br />not therefore know what is going wrong with<br />your Linux version.  I am assuming that you<br />are using a binary version of AIPS at<br />your home institution.  If not, are you compiling<br />it at your home institution or using it on one<br />of NRAO's computers?  To try getting a new<br />copy of the binary version, move the current<br />USUBA.EXE to some temporary name and<br />run the MNJ.<br /><br />Eric Greisen<br />
