USUBA is a complex task that I have tried to debug before and failed.<br />This issue sounds like on optimization question rather than a real<br />software bug.  Can you make your data set (or a small piece<br />sufficient to show the problem) available to me for experimentation?<br /><br />Thanks<br /><br />Eric Greisen<br />
