The bad news is that CALIB works fine on this snippet data set.<br />I tried a 64-bit debug version, a 64-bit optimized version, and a 32-bit<br />optimized version.  We did just have a case (in SNPLT) where<br />writing out the flagged SN table and reading it back from FITS removed<br />the problem (by dropping all flagged rows).  But you do not have any<br />flagged rows in your antenna table.  Maybe you should try version 'new'<br />or force a new copy of CALIB.EXE in your MNJ in case there is some sort<br />of difference between your copy and the official ones.<br /><br />What else can we try...??   You do find the "good" problems.<br /><br />Cheers<br /><br />Eric<br />
