If we have it today somebody needs to pipe up pretty quick. The main issue is the CV/AOC router performance. I've talked to Dan Lunceford and we've done some more tests. They have *almost* the same router connecting them to the outside world as we have connecting to them. Their router has the G2 (2nd generation) controller card where as ours has the G1. The main difference between the two is the G2 has twice the bandwidth and packet per second handling capability. When running iperf from their network to UNM across their 7206 they get 810mit/s. Considering there's a 130mbit/s background rate that's 940mbit/s to UNM. My understanding is the G2 card costs around $12K. We may want to consider going that route rather than whole new routers.
