[comm] Communications meeting Wednesday (update)

There will be a communication meeting this Wednesday at 17:30UT/13:30ET/11:30MT.

Ok.  This is now closer to the current situation.  I have re-structured the
membership just slightly and invited Pat Murphy to join us again - this time as
the coordinator of the ALMA communications group.
