Unfortunately, it looks as is the originally scheduled time will have a
frequent conflict.  I have therefore taken the liberty of delaying this meeting
by 30 minutes and using a different room in GB for the remainder of the year.

I will try to pursuade my cron job to spit out a corrected announcement.

I realize that this will run into lunch out west.  If that causes a problem, we
can reduce the meeting to 30 minutes.
