Guys,

We haven't had an NRAO-wide discussion of any network topics in a while.  Since
we need VPN service urgently in CV, we'd like to discuss this briefly with the
other sites to see if they have any comments on the proposed solution.  Details
at the meeting from Gene.

1. Packeteer (Gene)  10 mins + discussion

   Packeteer has donated a unit to CV primarily for improvement of
   video.  It is a network packet analyzer, which can arbitrate
   bandwidth use depending on type of traffic.
