The attached memo discusses changes in the NASA data repository called 
CDDIS.  A MNJ on 31DEC19 and 31DEC20 will update your version of AIPS.  
Older releases will continue to work through September but will probably 
fail to download EOP and TEC files thereafter.  You may need to usdate 
your release of AIPS in this case.
