[Alma_na] IPT Updates to Fred Lo

Everyone,

 

Please remember that on Monday at the NA DH Teleconference, Fred Lo
asked that each of you provide him with an update on your IPT.  See
paragraph below.

 

*	Expecting update report from each IPT Leader no later than
Friday, 16th July.  Want in a table form, rather than text.  What is
plan, what is actual status, what are recovery plans?  Make sure report
addresses these three questions.  Everyone wants to know the answers to
these questions! These are the main issues to be addressed.  Internally
we must figure out why we are late and what we need to do to recover.
Our goal is to make a clear account of ourselves and a clear explanation
for what we are doing to recover.  Must be ready for the AMAC meeting in
October.

 

Please send your report to me at jbauer at nrao.edu.  Fred has asked that I
gather them up, print them out and have them ready on his desk for him
to review.  If you have already sent your contribution to Fred, please
resend to me (apologies for the additional effort).  Please send them to
me no later than noon tomorrow.
