[alma_na] Back End CDR

The Review Panel for the BE CDR has been finalized.  Those wishing to 

attend as Observers should contact Clint Janes by 27 February to assure 

time for JAO approval.  Alain Baudry will disseminate reservation and 

travel information in March to those attendees approved by JAO. 

Observers are welcome, but travel costs for Observers will not be paid 

by the BE IPT.  The CDR plan is described at EDM BE
