[alma_na] Your Availability for IPT Meeting

Everyone,

 

Please email me with your availability and travel schedule from 15th
June through the 25th of July.  We are looking for two days together,
preferably in Charlottesville, where we can hold an North American ALMA
IPT Meeting with the main goal of having Fred Lo here to be able to sit
down and talk to you all together and then individually.  

 

If you are traveling, please let me know the dates and where you will be
- there is a  chance that we may hold the meeting at another NRAO site.

 

Please email this information to me by COB on Wednesday, 21st May.
