Status of ALMA Week Reports

Most sessions have presentation material available on EDM; notes are
still being collected and have not yet appeared on EDM.

A) Plenary Sessions

* 23 presentations on EDM
* missing: Introduction and Project Status
* missing: AEG and Antenna presentations
* AOS Technical Building Design Review - see Other Sessions - Site

B) Other Sessions

* 36 presentations on EDM

* several afternoon sessions were simply discussions with no
presentation slides;
	e.g. Operations, FE ICD review(?), Procurement Strategies
These groups should supply a short document (Notes or Minutes or Action
Items) so we have some record of what transpired. 
* Major sessions that lack documentation:
	Antenna Spec Review
	Antenna Transporter
	Calibration Mtg (only Al Wootten's presentation is available)
* Those groups that have provided presentation material should also send
Action Items or Notes to provide a record (which is especially useful
for those not at the presentation).
