[alma_na] Agenda Items for Today's NA DH Meeting

Here are a few items to be discussed today at the 1:00 PM ET (1700 UTC)
meeting.

 

These items are from Richard Simon, please note attachment.

 

(1) New hire information and employee timesheets

 

(2) Budget planning for FY 2004

 

(3) Milestone updating for global biweekly IPT meetings

 

(4) "Problem" tasks (certain work elements overspent, no resolution in 

the works)

 

(5) Quarterly reporting to the Japanese for ATF activities

 

(6) Organization and responsibility for LO tasks

 

The attached 1-page of PDF lists the "problem" accounts - those which 

are projected to run out of funds prior to the end of the fiscal year, 

and those which have already exhausted their funds.  Many of these have 

fixes in the works, but some do not.
