[alma_na] agenda non-AMAC week in Socorro

Attached is an agenda I've put together for our non-AMAC meeting next
week in Socorro.

The main purpose of the agenda is to plan the System Engineering IPT
activities that week but I also indicate the JAO/IPT meetings Jan 21 and
22 as I understand them from the NA DH teleconference Jan 13. 

All ALMA visitors are invited to the dinner on Wednesday night.

There may be some agenda changes early next week.
