The Management IPT, made up of the newly formed Joint ALMA Office and the
Project Managers from NRAO and ESO are having a face-to-face meeting in
Charlottesville later week. Paul Vanden Bout asked me to set up a short
telecon so that he and Massimo Tarenghi could speak to all of the IPT
leaders and Deputies during this meeting. The telecon is scheduled for
Thursday, June 13 at 1400 UT and should last about 30 minutes.  Please dial
